OUR APPRAISERS
Mary L. Patterson
has been appraising
residential properties in Southwest Florida since
1992 and has been State Certified since 1994 and an
FHA appraiser since 2000. She specializes in luxury
single family homes and condominiums and has
appraised many homes in the Sarasota area with
values over $15 Million. Mary is an associate
member of the Appraisal Institute and a residential
appraiser instructor in the State of Florida. Mary
has an Art History degree from Florida State
University.
Kathleen P. Vacca
has been appraising
properties since 2006 and specializes in all types
of residential properties from vacant land to luxury
condominiums as well as single family and
multi-family properties. Kathleen has a degree in
Journalism and communications from The University of Florida.
Tod A. Abrahamson
has been appraising
properties in Southwest Florida since 2005 and has
experience in all types of residential structures.
Tod is eligible for the State Certified Exam and
will become Certified in the coming months. Tod has
a degree in Sociology from The University of
Florida.

brokerage. Because of our extensive experience
and familiarity with our geographical area, we
are able to guide you through any process you
may encounter.
We
encourage input from the homeowner because we
know that the homeowner is the expert on their
own property. This open communication
philosophy has proven to be a positive
experience both for the homeowner and the lender
and reduces the need for call backs from the
homeowner regarding the details of the
appraisal.
